相信 unwire 讀者都在等待下月頭 The Sims 4 的推出。隨著推出日迫近，EA 昨日亦發佈了 The Sims 4 的 Public Beta 試玩，現時只需登入 Origin 就可下載試玩，不過貌似只提供人物製作及性格、感情設定的部份。不過製作了的人物將可在正式版承繼使用。
EA 昨日發佈 The Sims 4 Create a Sim Demo，任何人只需使用及登入 Origin 都可下載試玩。雖然好像只提供人物製作部份，不過用戶可分享人物至 Facebook 或上傳至遊戲內的 Gallery，當正式遊戲時，可於 Gallery 下載回來。

THE SIMS4 DEMO 的系統最低需求：
MINIMUM:
- OS: Windows XP (SP3), Windows Vista (SP2), Windows 7 (SP1), Windows 8, or Windows 8.1 (64 bit versions are preferred)

- 1.8 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, AMD Athlon 64 Dual-Core 4000+ or equivalent
- Dual Core and SSE 2 required
- For computers using built-in graphics chipsets the game requires 2.0 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 2.0 GHz AMD Turion 64 X2 TL-62 or equivalent
- RAM: At least 2 GB
- HARD DRIVE: At least 1.2 GB of free space with at least 0.5 GB additional space for custom content and saved games
