根據 Windows 市場部經理 Aaron Woodman 日前表示，他們期待與 Amazon 和 Intel 合作，將 Android 程式帶到 Windows 11 和 Microsoft Store，此功能的預覽版會在未來數月率先透過 Windows Insiders 提供。
換句話說，當 Windows 11 將會在 10 月 5 日正式推出，這個 Microsoft 標榜的功能並未能隨新系統一同推出。通常在 Windows Insiders 推出的新功能，都要測試數個月才在正式版提供，預計一般用戶要到 2022 年方可以在 Windows 11 用到 Android 程式。
至於其他 Windows 11 的新功能，例如整合 Microsoft Teams、全新設計的 Start 菜單、Snap Layouts、Groups 和 Desktops 等，連同新的 Microsoft Store 都會在 10 月 5 日推出時提供。新電腦會率先預載 Windows 11，現有合資格的 Windows 10 電腦亦會在稍後陸續獲得更新和升級。
