Apple 在兩日前發表新 iPad Pro，並推出名為「Crush!」廣告，以工業印刷機為重點，壓碎了大不少產品，例如小號、鋼琴、相機、油漆罐和遊戲機等，同時播放 Sonny & Cher 的《All I Ever Need Is You》。Apple 總裁 Tim Cook 在 X 上發布影片，以「想像一下它將用來創造的所有東西」作貼文內容。
蘋果行銷副總裁 Tor Myhren 就廣告道歉：「蘋果向來讚美用戶用各種方式表達自己，並透過 iPad 將他們的想法變為現實。我們的這段影片沒有達到預期目標，對此我們深表歉意。」
