報導指共享單車ofo欠單車廠7800萬 被入稟法庭追討

根據《金融時報》報道,共享單車公司 ofo 最近因拖欠物流商、單車生產商的款項,而遭到起訴。 一間名為「上海鳳凰」的 A 股上市公司,曾以 6.37 億元造價向 ofo 提供 186 萬輛單車,最近就發表公告,指正為 ofo 營運商拖欠的貨款逾 6,815.11 萬元人民幣(約7,831萬港元),向當地法院提告。

根據外媒《金融時報》報道,ofo 營運商東峽大通曾在 2017 年 5 月與上海鳳凰子公司簽署過一份 500 萬輛單車的供應合約,其後 ofo 只購買了當中的 186.16 萬輛單車,收入約為 6.37 億元人民幣(約7.32億港元)令到當時營收大幅下跌。在上星期上海鳳凰發出公佈,指 ofo 未支付合約內訂明的 6,815.11 萬元人民幣(約7,831萬港元)欠款,已向北京市第一中級人民法院提訴。

近年多間單車公司在中國以至全球發展,單車訂單不絕,但由於競爭過於激烈,出現單車公司倒閉潮,大量訂單並未真正落實,亦令到全球多個城市因單車堆積如山、隨便亂放而造成社會問題。

【現場實試】寶麗來 OneStep+ 即影即有 藍牙+手機App超方便

市面上不同的藍牙裝置,連接時往往都有機會發生未能連接的情況,對用家造成不便。而這次全新的 OneStep+ 相機,連接過程相當方便,筆者只要開啟 Polaroid Originals 應用程式,再打開 OneStep+ 相機的電源,以及把手機靠近相機,便能直接完成連接,不用再按下什麼複雜的設定,時間不過幾秒。

應用程式貼心 可完全設定相機

OneStep+ 相機除了藍牙連接手機設定方便外,它手機應用程式控制度絕對是相當大。不同藍牙連接的裝置,很多時都會碰上藍牙連接反而是一個負累的感覺,倒不如直接使用機身的控制。而這次的 OneStep+ 可稱得上主打藍牙連接應用程式功能,筆者試用過應用程式控制後,甚至會有不想按回相機實體鍵的感覺,不論是應用程式的控制度及反應,都是相當完善。

這次 OneStep+ 相機的功能,都能直接在應用程式中控制。筆者使用應用程式時,發現當中有多達 6 個不同的拍攝功能,包括:Remote、Self Timer、Double Exposure、Light Painting 、Noise Trigger 及 Manual Mode。筆者認為當中最有趣的,就必定是 Double Exposure 及 Light Painting 了,因為當中能供用家有更大的創作空間,拍攝出更與眾不同的相片。

Canon EOS R 全片幅無反相機詳細規格曝光?3030萬像素CMOS

傳聞 Canon 近日的發表會極大可能發佈全新全片幅無反光鏡相機,早前有傳聞指這部新機將命名為 EOS R 系列,疑似官方發佈的產品相片亦曾被曝光。而近日網上流傳更出一個標題放上了 Canon 標誌的疑似官方 PDF 文件,詳細列明 EOS R 新機的詳細規格。

過去有關 EOS R 系統(官方未發表暫稱)傳聞都是引述消息來源,而今次日本部落格 Nokishita 就更轉載了一個標明有官方標誌、標記有「EOS R」的疑似傳媒新聞稿文件,內含詳細 Canon EOS R 全片幅鏡頭的規格。目前未有人能確認這份 PDF 文件的真偽。而根據消息,有關發佈會會在今個星期內舉行。

港女北上搭滴滴順風車疑遭禁錮 滴滴:無訂單記錄

日前大陸因call車而造成的事故頻生,令人關注這些叫車App的安全問題。而一名香港女子在日前在社交網絡發表一篇名為「我在大陸被黑車禁錮的經歷」之文章,指曾經在大陸車站買不到前往目的地的車票,於是她的朋友便用「滴滴順風車」叫車。女子聲稱被車到遠處後被坐地起價,而且更被禁錮長達一小時。該名女子稱「單身女性在大陸call車,和自殺是沒有分別的」。

日前有一名潘姓的香港 YouTuber 在社交平台發表文章,稱由於要拍攝有關大灣區的影片,而又買不到車票,她的朋友利用「滴滴順風車」服務為她 call 車,旅途原訂由廣州南站前往惠州。事主稱在上車後發現除司機外,還有另一懷疑是同黨的人,該人曾以「美女」稱呼事主,並著事主往前座就坐。事主稱司機把車開到遍遠地區,並要求把車資由原來的 180 元(約港幣HK$207)加到 240 元(約港幣HK$278)。懷疑有人向事主敲詐不果,女事主稱被司機禁錮達一小時。

潘姓香港女子指司機與他的同黨曾經離開車廂,讓事主一個人留在車上,而司機在車外看守住門口,甚至以「這裡沒有廁所」為由不準許事主上洗手間。其後事主趁機用手機偷拍司機的背面,將定位訊息發送給朋友,訊息輾轉送到事主父親手上,他直接聯絡司機要求把事主送回原地,「再不放人就報警」,最後司機將車開回高鐵站,事主才可真「甩身」。

事主在 Facebook 帖文稱「經過此事,我明白到單身女性在大陸call車,和自殺是沒有分別的。」

《東方日報》引述「滴滴出行」發言人指,經過事主提供的資料進行調查後,發現事主透過朋友的滴滴帳號聯繫司機,但其後司機刪除同程記錄,並指出雙方疑似轉為私自交易,因此無法查詢此次行程的任何紀錄。

而事主其後在社交平台回應指:「滴滴方面是否一些責任也沒有?」她曾聽朋友經驗指司機不希望與平台分成,故經常進行私下交易。如果這樣做法的司機眾多,乘客為了坐車只好被逼接受要求。事主稱:「滴滴可堵塞此漏洞,例如不讓司機在未下單前接觸乘客,而不是抱著事不關已的態度。」

曾有不少網民質疑事件的真確性,事主其後貼出當日的相片,相片當中顯示時間。並稱不信任大陸公安所以沒有孤身一人去報警。

【IFA 2018】Olloclip 通用鏡頭夾 對應 iPhone 及 Android 手機

自手機的拍攝功能愈來愈先進,依靠手機而非相機進行拍攝的攝影愛好者愈來愈多,各種各樣的手機鏡頭亦應運而生。可是,市面上大多數的手機鏡頭都是專門為特定機型而設計。如今,手機鏡頭廠商 Olloclip 在 IFA 2018 中,推出號稱可用在市面上大部分手機的鏡頭夾 Multi-Device Clip ,為少眾手機用家帶來曙光。

Multi-Device Clip 結構並不複雜,由一個裝有彈簧的夾子及橡膠護墊組成。用家可將它放在手機的後置或前置鏡頭之上。基本上,由於它結構簡單,只要手機厚度不足 12 mm ,都能夠順利安裝。

透過 Multi-Device Clip ,用家可將先前僅為 iPhone X 而設的 Connect X 系列鏡頭用於其他電話。當中包括 155 度廣角鏡、魚眼及 21X 微距鏡等多種鏡頭,讓用家以手機拍出多種照片。

Multi-Device Clip 本身要價美元 $45 (約港幣HK$ 353 元),但官方尚未透露會於何時推出。而有關 Connect X 系列則要價美元 $44.99 至 59.99 不等(約港幣HK$ 353 元至 HK$ 471 元)。

人工智能準確預測地震餘震 哈佛、Google 合作研發

預測地震並不容易,但要預測地震後的餘震,最近則有一個新的系統推出。由 Google 和哈佛大學的研究人員合作開發的系統,透過深度學習演算法,能夠預測餘震將會出現的位置,有望可以減少因為地震餘震造成的傷亡和結構損壞。

被華為侵犯 4G LTE 專利 美國企業獲賠 1,050 萬美元

跟另一中國品牌中興一樣,華為最近被逼離開美國市場,這對於華為來說自然是一大損失,不過他們在美國面對的難關並不止於此。日前美國德州的法院就一宗侵權案作出宣判,指華為侵犯美國企業 PanOptis 的 LTE 技術專利罪成,需要向對方支付 1,050 萬美元(約 8,241 萬港元)賠償。

華為發表7nm製程Kirin 980處理器 正面挑戰高通蘋果

華為在德國 IFA 2018 電子消費展發表其全新 7nm 製程的 Kirin 980(麒麟980)新一代處理器晶片。華為指它是全球第一款基於台積電 7nm 製程的商用 SoC 晶片,裡面採用 8 核心架構,內置雙 NPU 神經處理單元。使用這塊 SoC 的智能手機產品 Mate 20 會在英國時間 10 月 16 日發表。

華為 Kirin 980 將會採用 8 核心架構,配置 3 種不同頻率的核心,分別為 2 顆 2.6GHz、2 顆 1.92GHz 以及 4 顆 1.8GHz 核心,分別處理重型運算、一般運算與背景運算。華為指 7nm 製程的晶片與 10nm 製程相比,有著 20% 的速度提升,以及減少40%耗電量。

GPU方面,Kirin 980 將採用 Mali-G76 MP10,華為聲稱可帶來 30% 的效能提升,新款 Cat.21 LTE 數據晶片可支援高達 1.4Gbps 下載速度,適用於快將推出的 5G 網絡。

Kirin 980 約繼續突出其人工智能運算方面的效能,內置有雙 NPU 神經處理單元,在華為的測試環境當中,於 Resnet 50 學習架構中每分鐘可辨識 4,500 張圖像,而高通 Snapdragon 則只能辨識 2,371 張圖像,Apple A11 更只可辨識 1,458 張圖像。

應用的智能手機方面,華為早前已公佈 Honor Magic 2 首批機將應用 Kirin 980,而華為宣佈另一部 Mate 20 智能手機會在 10 月 16 日(英國時間)於英國倫敦正式發表。

《NASA Selfies》官方太空自拍 App 任何人都可以玩「太空漫步」

作為太空研究機構,美國太空總署 NASA 間中都會與民同樂,最近他們發表了一款太空自拍 App,讓你模仿太空人在宇宙環境中太空漫步,並拿出手機自拍。無論是貓或者是老太婆都可以上太空!

今次 NASA 發表的太空自拍 App,其實是用來慶祝史匹哲太空望遠鏡(Spitzer Space Telescope)升空 15 周年。《NASA Selfies》可讓手機用戶模擬在太空飛行,以宇宙景色為背景進行自拍。

今次 App 內會有 30 張由史匹哲太空望遠鏡拍攝的圖片作為背景,包括有聖誕樹星系、群山誕生、蜘蛛星系、獵戶座大星雲等等。利用該 App 自拍並選取喜愛的宇宙背景便可,匯出的圖片還會有該星系、星雲的簡單介紹。

Panasonic都出全片幅相機?傳聞9月尾正式發表

日前傳統相機大廠 Nikon 發表 Nikon Z 全片幅無反系統,有傳聞 Canon 都會在近日發表其 EOS R 全片幅無反系統。市場就有傳聞 Panasonic 都正在開發其全片幅相機系統,更有消息指發佈會會在 9 月 25 日舉行。

根據外國網媒《43rumors》引述可靠消息,Panasonic 將會在 9 月 25 日發表一部全片幅相機系統,是否無反光鏡相機則尚未清楚。根據另一個市場傳聞,Panasonic 會展示全片幅相機的原型機,實際發售日期會在 2019 年上半年。

《43rumors》引述接觸過這部全片幅相機的人士稱「新機帶來的驚喜相當於 Nikon Z7 的發表」,亦有人說「比 Nikon Z7 的發表更令人驚喜」、「影片拍攝能力超卓」。

根據《43rumors》記者的預測,新機有可能會使用 Leica SL 接環以實現全片幅系統。留意以上報道全屬該網媒所收到的市場消息。

24小時內完成!美海軍陸戰隊 3D 打印混凝土建築物

不斷有科學家研究 3D 打印住宅的可能性,除了之前報道過荷蘭研究員嘗試製作人類居住的建築物,美國海軍陸戰隊為了加強佔領地方後架設士兵營舍的建設速度,研究以 3D 打印方式興建由混礙土製作的營舍,原本利用 10 名士兵需要花 5 天建造營舍,建造時間可大幅減至最快 24 小時。

美國海軍陸戰隊與美國陸軍技術研究開發中心聯合開發以 3D 打印製作的士兵營舍。從研究中的測試製品相片中可看到,這些建築物由一層一層很薄的混礙土堆積而成,測試製品當中雖然未看到有屋頂,但可看到營舍外牆呈波浪形,而且有窗戶與門口。今次實驗製作了約 46.45 平方米的營舍,只花了 40 小時製作。

今次 3D 打印營舍獨特之處,是只用了一台 10 年前發售的電腦來操控 3D 打印機,意味著前線部隊並非一定要新電腦,都可在極速興建兵營。由於今次有研究人員不斷在旁細心監察,與花時間補充混礙土,令製作時間延至 40 小時,但研究者指出,只要使用自動混凝土補充機,可令興建時間加快到 24 小時以內。以往如動員 10 名士兵興建營舍需要 5 天時間,利用自動化 3D 打印再加上完工時間縮短到 24 小時,可減低士兵在建築時被敵軍突襲的機會。

近距離可看到建築物的牆壁中間有寬闊的空隙,研究員指在資源有限的前線戰場當中,這種方法可削減混凝土的使用量,令建設更有效率。而削減原料的使用,亦可減少二氧化碳排放。

加州Apple Store被三賊公然搶劫 損失24萬店員企定定

美國加州 Apple Store 蘋果專門店在日前發生搶劫事件,3 名賊人以高速進入店鋪,並在短時間內把店內陳列的 iPhone、iPad 以及 MacBook 等蘋果裝置拔取線路取走。這宗案件發生期間,所有顧客以至店員都只是企定看著賊人取走貨品,店員沒有與賊人發生追逐,更在賊人離開後一字排開回復歡迎顧客的「陣勢」。

搶劫案件發生於 8 月 25 日,現場是加州三藩市灣區(Bay Area)的蘋果專門店,最近店內錄影片段始被公開。從影片看到 3 名懷疑賊人慢慢走進店內,但突然間拿走放置於店內桌面的 iPhone、iPad、MacBook。影片看到賊人很輕易就拔掉裝置連接電源的線路。這宗搶劫案一共被賊人劫去約值 3 萬美元(約24萬港元)蘋果產品。

在影片中更可留意到店內其他人的反應,顧客仿似沒有懼怕賊人有武器,只在旁觀看,而蘋果店員亦只在旁觀看,沒有特別制止賊人行動。一名身型龐大的店員更從容在賊人旁邊走過,沒有制止賊人離去。

在賊人離去之後,多名蘋果店員一如以往在店門面前一字排開,從影片中亦留意到有店員拿出手機拍照。沒有店員出店追逐這三名賊人。不少外國公司習慣在員工指引中列明不許員工追逐賊人,或許是今次 3 個賊人從容離開的原因。

根據當地《ABCNews》報道,加州各蘋果分店在 2018 年截至目前為止,已經損失近 85 萬美元(約667萬港元)財物。從 5 月中開始,已經有最少 21 宗同類搶劫案。

用Minecraft製作現代日本都市 細緻度超高更有鐵路系統

Minecraft原本是一個生存冒險遊戲,玩家可採掘資源興建家居、養豬養牛去洞穴探險,但最近就有一班猛人合力製作了一個超現實的現代都市。從遠處看來,它與真實相片沒有大分別,細看之下才看到一粒一粒細緻的方塊,虛擬世界內更有鐵路系統,認真佩服!

由一班 Minecraft 玩家組成的「佐山縣」小組(@Sayama_City)在 Twitter 發佈他們的作品。這個名為「佐山縣」虛擬城市由 2013 年 11 月開始製作,現時活躍的製作成員約 50 人。他們發表的圖片,需要特別註明是 Minecraft 圖像,原因是與現實世界實在太過相似。在一部放大之後,可看到建築物都是由方塊組成。

作者們把「佐山縣」想像成本州與北海道之間的一個虛擬小島。但裡面不少建築物設計模仿現實世界。

「佐山縣」小組由多名有志人士組成,他們合力利用Minecraft環境製作一個超真實都市。除了看到商業中心的高樓大廈之外,亦有住宅區、天橋、公路,可說是一件超級藝術品。

佐山縣虛擬都市每一座建築物都經由人手細心雕琢而成。放大其中一間工廠,會發現要砌一座建築物都要花相當多時間。
