Google 正式推出 ChatGPT 殺手 Bard 將成「實驗性 AI 對話服務」

對話式 AI ChatGPT 發布後席捲全球，衝擊 Google 在人工智能技術上的地位。Google 宣布推出傳聞已久的聊天器械人 Bard，CEO Sundar Pichai 指 Bard 將充當「實驗性AI對話服務」。

Sundar Pichai 表示，Bard 的語言模組是來自 Google 過去兩年一直開發的對話應用程序語言模型 LaMDA 平台，並在互聯網截取資訊以提供新鮮及高質量的回覆，如向9歲小孩解釋美國太空總署 NASA 中 James Webb 在太空望遠鏡的新發現。

他又指，隨著搜索引擎中的問題變得越發複雜及精細，人工智能將把複雜且多方面的訊息簡化成易於理解的形式，令用户能更快速瞭解全面資訊，此功能亦將儘快向用户推出。同時，Google 下月將邀請部分開發人員探索在 LaMDA 中運行的商業 API。

Google 未來將開放輕量版的 LaMDA 予一組可信任用户試用，並於日後在擴闊用户範圍。同時結合外部回饋及內部測試結果，以確保讓 Bard 提供高品質、安全及確切的回應。

Google 明日將於巴黎舉行 Google Present 活動，預計會公布更多關於 Bard 的細節。
